Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blue Mesh platform, websites, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Netstratum Inc. ("Blue Mesh", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Blue Mesh provides a secure, private artificial intelligence platform for deploying AI agents, automating workflows with human-in-the-loop control, and integrating with enterprise systems. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, not interfering with its normal operation, not using it to violate any law or the rights of others, and not using it to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
4. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Netstratum Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
6. Fees
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or order. Applicable fees, billing frequency, and payment terms will be set out in the relevant order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netstratum Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
